Good morning and happy Monday!
So many of you have made it through week one of back to school--whether in person and in masks or in the Zoom room. Congratulations!
I am so grateful for the work you are all doing. Being present and supportive of children is even more important now than ever before with so many challenges in the world around us.
For the next four weeks I'm committed to:
sharing out free resources once a week, delivered to your inbox, to keep you all mindful and grounded as the year gears up

Today, I've attached an easy self-care checklist. You can reference this at any time throughout the day. These five questions are some I ask myself when I feel stress and overwhelm coming on.
